Position Overview
- Ability to follow directions, read maps and must have navigation skills
- Follow all State/local traffic laws
- Completes trailer and truck pre-trip inspections
- Follow DOT regulations including log book requirements
- Follow driver operations rule book
- Scale loads and complete any necessary paperwork
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Repetitive reaching, pulling and twisting
- Continuously Crank trailer dolly’s up and down
- Continuously open and close trailer doors (pull down & hinge type)
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Class A license
- Demonstrate efficient operation of equipment
- Good communication Skills
- Clean driving record
- Pass all DOT drug screens and random drug tests
- Required to pass an ID trace, federal, statewide and county criminal background check
- Must have professional appearance and conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner
Education/Experience
- High School diploma
- 2 to 3 years of full time commercial driving experience
Salary : $48,000 - $65,000
