Position Overview:
We are looking for a Landscape Operations Foreman with extensive field experience to work closely with management, oversee daily operations, and drive project success. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can manage a team, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure high-quality service across all areas of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of landscaping, hardscaping, and excavation projects, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with management to execute both commercial and residential projects.
- Manage and mentor crew members, promoting a productive and safe work environment.
- Assist in scheduling, logistics, and the overall execution of projects from start to finish.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment used for excavation and landscape construction.
- Provide input on the design and build process for landscaping and hardscaping projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist with the operations of our retail store as needed.
- Support the company’s winter maintenance services.
Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus.
- Proven experience in landscaping, excavation, and equipment operation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with both management and clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
