The shift is Monday - Thursday 6AM - 4PM. Overtime only as needed.
Job Summary
Our Rackers take pride in safely and efficiently unpackaging customer parts and placing them according to product specification on work racks. This work enables the customer’s product to be processed according to specific specifications by the Line Operators. Once the metal finishing process is complete, Rackers carefully remove the customer’s parts from the rack and package them to get them ready for shipping.
Pioneer provides all employees on-the-job training and development to ensure they follow proper procedures, identify quality issues, and understand all of the equipment used in the metal finishing process.

Physical/Environmental/Chemical Hazards:
- Repetitive lifting up to 55 lbs. unassisted.
- Sharp parts, sharp tooling, heavy carts, occasional hot and cold temperature and humidity levels, heat from ovens, moderate noise levels, limited hand and air tool use, compressed air (must use hearing protection).
- Must be able to differentiate between color variance.
- Potential splash exposure near process lines.
- Responsibilities are repetitive in nature.
- Various chemicals used in process.
Education/Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
