This role creates plans and allocates resources to ensure optimal operational performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. The GM collaborates with the Business Unit Leader on divisional plans, strategies, and budgets, and adjusts resources for daily and long-term success. They track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as safety, delivery, quality, cost, and compliance, and manage operations through managers and team leaders. In this role, the GM provides leadership, promotes company values, and ensures customer requirements are met, corporate policies are followed, and goals are achieved.
