Plumbing Technician

Position Purpose:

Pioneer Plumbing is expanding our Service Department and is seeking a dedicated and skilled Plumber to join our team. As a Pioneer Plumber, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our high standards of plumbing services. Your expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing plumbing systems will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Whether you're an experienced professional or new to the trade, we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to mastering their craft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair a variety of plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings. Address complex plumbing problems with precision and expertise.
• Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, drainage, and other plumbing systems. Ensure proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
• Use of Tools and Equipment: Operate and maintain a broad range of plumbing tools, including pipe cameras, motorized and manual drain snakes, hydro-jets, and other specialized equipment.
• Water Flow Management: Monitor and manage water flow, pressure, and drainage systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing their concerns, explaining plumbing issues and solutions clearly, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Documentation: Accurately complete service tickets, document repairs and installations, and communicate effectively with the team and customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Broad experience in the plumbing industry, including troubleshooting and repairing complex plumbing systems. We welcome applications from both experienced plumbers and those newer to the trade.
• Skills: Proficiency with a variety of plumbing tools and equipment. Ability to measure and assess water pressure and flow accurately.
• Licenses and Certification: Valid AZ driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background screening.
• Work Ethic: Strong commitment to integrity, honesty, and a high standard of workmanship. Reliable and punctual with a dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Customer Focus: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $103,931.00 per year
