Job Title : Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator
Department : HR / HSE Department
Report To : Operations Manager
Schedule : Monday Friday and on call. Operations are held 24 hours a day.
Pay : Based upon relevant experience to the below job specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Work with Company HSE and Operations Manager to support and enforce company safety and environmental management system.
- Manage day-to-day HSE field compliance at assigned sites.
- Apply HSE policy and procedures to ensure field compliance.
- Assist in development of HSE policy and procedures to ensure field compliance.
- Represent company in customer / client meetings, regulatory inspections and information requests.
- Support compliance with Company safety program, including behavioral based safety (BBS) program, validation and verification program, Training management, safety recognition program, etc.
- Assist operations with company related responsibilities and programs.
- Promote teamwork and Safety.
- Respond to incidents and accidents to facilitate medical treatment and ensure required return to work documents and reports.
- Promote continuous HSE improvement in all field locations through participation and assistance in incident investigations, lesson learned, audits, and best practices.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Business office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, or as deemed appropriate by operations. Weekend and afterhours on call and / or response to incidents are required.
