Job Summary
The landscaper will be responsible for the general care of the assigned LIHTC property.
Reports To:
This role reports to the Property Manager.
Supervision:
This role has no supervisory duties.
Functions/Responsibilities:
· Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns
· Weeding and mulching landscape beds
· Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs
· Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees
· Planting shrubs, flowers and trees
· Watering gardens, lawns and landscapes
· Monitoring and maintaining plant health
· Other duties as assigned
Competencies:
· 1 years’ experience as landscaper or related role
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
