Senior Product Designer - AI Assisted Food & Bev Development (Zucca)

Zucca is revolutionizing the F&B CPG commercialization process with AI, enhancing critical aspects of new product development from ideation to launch, helping brands do so faster and smarter.

As Zucca's first full-time Product Designer, you will drive the design process from concept to execution, shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with the founders and engineers to translate complex challenges into elegant, user-centric solutions. We're looking for a designer who thinks strategically, stays ahead of industry trends, and thrives in an iterative, fast-paced environment. You'll develop a deep understanding of user needs and business goals, using research and feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the overall experience. Additionally, you will contribute to the visual design of marketing and brand materials to ensure a cohesive experience across all touchpoints. From product UI/UX to brand storytelling, you'll bring a cohesive, compelling design vision to life.

As a Product Designer at Zucca, you'll…

• Lead end-to-end design – Own the entire design process from concept to implementation, ensuring seamless and thoughtful user experiences.
• Understand users and business needs – Deeply research user behaviors, pain points, and goals to inform design strategy and improve overall experience.
• Solve complex design challenges – Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to develop intuitive and effective solutions.
• Create innovative, frictionless experiences – Design intuitive, AI-powered interactions that simplify complex workflows in the context of existing processes.
• Translate insights into design – Design and build interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate based on feedback and user testing.
• Deliver high-quality UI/UX – Develop innovative, high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Support brand and marketing efforts – Design digital, print, and physical materials for product launches, lifecycle marketing, fundraising pitches, and external communications.
• Take ownership and influence decisions – Lead design projects from concept to implementation that will drive deep engagement and company value props
• Work cross-functionally – Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and other teams to align on goals and ensure a seamless, user-centered design process.
  
  

This job might be for you if you have...

• 6 years of proven experience as a UX/Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Centered Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, is a major plus
• Strong expertise in Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Curiosity and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and industry best practices.
• Strong visual communication skills, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and applying brand consistency throughout product and marketing materials.
• Bias for action in a fast-paced, iterative environment; comfortable with ambiguity, async collaboration, and Slack-heavy communication
• A positive, problem-solving mindset with a drive to take initiative and work effectively in a team.
• An openness to staying up to date on, experimenting with, and using high-leverage AI design tools
