NATURE OF POSITION
Primarily responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services, and maintain a fruitful relationship with existing customers in the real estate industry.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
General direction and oversight is provided by the District Manager.

· Researching organizations and individuals online (including social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
· Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions.
· Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
· Attending, developing, and marketing conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
· Developing goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
· Develop and maintain a fruitful relationship with existing customers.
· Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products and services.
· Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
· Operating a vehicle to undertake various deliveries. Must have a clean DMV driving record.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED
Operate a variety of office equipment including personal computers, programs, telephones, copiers, printers, scanners and calculators. Utilize standard and customized software.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication is preferred along with 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience.
A clean DMV driving record.
