NATURE OF POSITION

Primarily responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services, and maintain a fruitful relationship with existing customers in the real estate industry.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

General direction and oversight is provided by the District Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Employees of Pioneer Title are expected to model and foster our core values: Customer Focus – Excellence - Communication - Leadership - Integrity

· Researching organizations and individuals online (including social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.

· Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions.

· Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

· Attending, developing, and marketing conferences, meetings, and industry events.

· Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.

· Developing goals for the team and ensuring they are met.

· Develop and maintain a fruitful relationship with existing customers.

· Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products and services.

· Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

· Operating a vehicle to undertake various deliveries. Must have a clean DMV driving record.

· Provide assistance to staff and higher level management; participate in resolving operational or interpersonal concerns; participate in training, meetings, and other committees as assigned.

· Perform other duties as assigned – partnering with others to meet deliverables and achieve special project objectives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proven ability to identify, develop and maintain new and existing sales leads.
  • Ability to provide quality leadership and training to internal and external customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Work confidentially with discretion.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing; including producing all forms of communications in a clear, concise and understandable manner, appropriate for intended audiences.
  • Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner.
  • Project management principles to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate tact, initiative, prudence, and independent judgment in all aspects of the job.
  • Establish, maintain, and foster positive and effective working relationships.
  • Apply critical thinking skills; identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Streamline processes for efficient work practices.
  • Provide quality customer service
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to commute to client meetings, sales meetings, marketing events and any other required events of the BDR team.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED

Operate a variety of office equipment including personal computers, programs, telephones, copiers, printers, scanners and calculators. Utilize standard and customized software.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication is preferred along with 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience.

A clean DMV driving record.

An offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
