Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating site arrangemens. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding guest services.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations
- Bathroom/cabin cleaning as needed
- Inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the campground
- Uphold high standards of hospitality in accordance with company policies.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort environments is preferred.
- Ability to manage guest relations effectively and handle inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with front desk operations is beneficial but not required.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills
