YOUR SCHEDULE
You will work shifts from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
YOUR DAY
Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly in person and over the phone, and ensuring that they receive polite and professional communication at all times. You will act as the company gatekeeper by directing calls to the appropriate person or department, and you will be responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solutions. In addition to addressing customer concerns, you will also have the opportunity to recommend potential products or services based on customer needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in assisting with order placement, refunds, or exchanges, as well as taking payment information and other important details for scheduling and follow-up. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the chance to inform customers about special deals and promotions, showcasing your sales skills. Your role will also involve keeping records of customer interactions, maintaining customer accounts, and documenting necessary information in our ServiceTitan system.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We require:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of office administration education or comparable work experience
- Good computer skills and knowledge of common office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with or the ability to learn business telephone systems
- Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills
