ARE YOU THE MINI SPLIT HVAC SPECIALIST OUR INSTALLATION TEAM NEEDS?
- 3 years of experience in installation, intermediate programming for integrations, basic refrigeration, and electrical
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (preferred)
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE AS A MINI SPLIT HVAC SPECIALIST?
As our Mini Split HVAC Specialist, your day begins early, loading up the van with tools and the mini split system. At each home, you assess the space and choose the best spots for the indoor and outdoor units before carefully mounting and connecting everything. After vacuuming the lines and charging the system, you check for leaks to ensure smooth operation. Finally, you walk the homeowner through maintenance tips and features before moving on to your next installation-another happy customer!
When in this HVAC installer role, you typically work 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, and are available for on-call duties, with opportunities for overtime.
