Job Summary : Pioneer Valley Regional School seeks an experienced Varsity Softball Coach to lead the program and develop student-athletes. The coach will be responsible for game strategy, player development, and program leadership. Responsibilities : Plan and conduct structured practices to enhance team performance. Teach advanced softball techniques and in-game strategies. Manage game-day operations, including lineups and tactical decisions. Oversee the Junior Varsity program to ensure consistency. Support student-athletes' academic and athletic growth. Maintain communication with administration, parents, and players. Ensure compliance with league and school athletic regulations. Qualifications : Prior high school-level coaching experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. Ability to foster a competitive and educational team environment. CPR / First Aid certification preferred.
