What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Administrator position at Pioneering Evolution?
POSITION DESCRIPTION :
Pioneering Evolution is seeking multiple Program Administrators to provide Program support for a Naval Program. In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator for the DoD Customer. Your primary responsibility will be to provide executive level administrative support through clerical work, receiving official visitors, arranging travel, producing correspondence, and scheduling. This is an on-site position, and all candidates must be able to work Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm within their region.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
- 5 years of experience in business and financial support.
- Background serving a DoD contract.
- Experience producing correspondence and clerical work.
- Experience working with DTS.
- Experience scheduling and planning meetings.
- Bachelor's degree
