RN MED/SURG

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Med/Surg to join our team. As an RN Medical Surgical, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Your primary goal will be to promote patient health and recovery by providing high-quality nursing care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical surgical nursing
• BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• ACLS certification
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Experience with patient education and counseling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and monitoring patient vital signs and medical history
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Documenting patient care and progress in medical records
• Educating patients and their families on health management and disease prevention

Skills:

As an RN Medical Surgical, you will utilize your strong clinical skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care. You will need to be able to think critically and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will also need to be proficient in using medical equipment and technology, as well as electronic medical records.
