About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasonal RN for our Emergency Room department. As a Seasonal RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the Emergency Room. You will work closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to provide the highest level of care to our patients. This is a seasonal position with a duration of six months. Hourly rate of pay for this seasonal position is $ 70.00.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Active RN license in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

As a Seasonal RN in the Emergency Room, you will utilize your strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail to provide exceptional patient care. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff. Additionally, you will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Your ability to assess and triage patients, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress will be critical to the success of our Emergency Room department.
