We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Territory Sales Manager (Account Executive) to take the lead in expanding our footprint across Colorado. If you love creating value for customers, building strong partnerships, and closing deals—this role was made for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow business in your assigned territory
- Identify, pursue, and win new accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Provide estimates using pre-defined proposals and follow up on outstanding opportunities
- Reconnect with past customers to generate repeat business
- Collaborate across teams to support customer success and discover upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:

- Industry experience in hydrovac, line cleaning, CCTV, construction, utilities, or environmental services
- Proven ability to sell to contractors, engineers, and government/municipal customers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience using data and customer insights to shape sales strategy
- Familiarity with public and private bid processes
