Position Overview:
Our partner is currently seeking a Civil Engineer who has recently graduated and is looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to contribute to projects that shape their local community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including land development, infrastructure, and site development.
- Support senior engineers with project analysis, calculations, and design work.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and local engineering regulations.
Qualifications:
- Recent grad with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- EIT certification (or in progress) required.
- Strong technical skills in civil engineering principles, design, and analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
