Position Overview:
Join our fast-growing affiliate marketing team and help us achieve ambitious growth targets: $6M in affiliate sales in 2025, $20M in 2026, and $100M within five years. We are seeking an experienced Community Manager with a strong background in TikTok to nurture and engage our affiliate network and support our marketing team in driving these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners through regular communication and community events.
- Content & Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content, promotions, and campaigns that resonate with the affiliate community, leveraging TikTok to boost reach and engagement.
- TikTok Strategy: Utilize TikTok expertise to create trend-driven content and community engagement initiatives that drive affiliate performance.
- Feedback & Optimization: Monitor community feedback and performance metrics, providing insights to refine affiliate and TikTok strategies.
- Community Building: Foster a vibrant, supportive online environment that drives partner loyalty and accelerates sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in community management or affiliate marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging TikTok for community engagement and marketing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
