NextDeavor is seeking a Korean-speaking Sales Manager for a SaaS company that provides a comprehensive POS system tailored to the evolving needs of the restaurant industry, supporting over 2,000 partners in 20 major U.S. cities. This role is responsible for promoting the POS solution to local and regional restaurants, driving adoption through prospecting, relationship-building, and closing partnerships. By understanding each restaurant's unique needs, the Sales Manager will deliver customized technology solutions to help clients succeed.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
- Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and position restaurant technology effectively in the market.
- Research and qualify prospective clients who would benefit from the restaurant technology platform.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold visits, calls, emails, marketing campaigns, and other channels.
- Lead product demos and customize solutions based on prospects' needs.
- Achieve KPIs and goals, including daily outreach quotas and monthly onboarding targets.
- Manage sales activities and track results using a CRM tool.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth product/service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Proven ability to sell and upsell products effectively
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Quick to learn and proficient with new technology
