Position Overview:
Our partner is seeking a Web Manager Intern to assist in managing and optimizing our website, ensuring a seamless user experience while maintaining brand consistency. This is an excellent opportunity for students with a passion for web development, UX/UI design, and digital content management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Montrose School website, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Optimize website performance for SEO and user experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align web content with branding and communication strategies.
- Implement and update content, including blog posts, news updates, and multimedia elements.
- Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Squarespace, or other CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and website optimization techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot website issues.
Hourly compensation during the internship: $15-$30.
