Job Summary: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will assist customers in selecting products, provide product knowledge, and maintain the overall appearance of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Restock shelves and displays as needed, ensuring products are well presented.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including age verification regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and stocktaking.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of smoking products and accessories is a plus.
- Must be 21 years or older due to product regulations.
