Job Title: QE Lead API Testing & Automation
Location: Englewood, NJ (Hybrid 3 days in office)

We are seeking a QE Lead API Testing & Automation to join our team in Englewood, NJ. This hybrid role (3 days in office) requires expertise in API testing and automation for web applications. The ideal candidate will drive quality engineering efforts, ensuring robust and scalable test automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead QA efforts across web and API projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, etc.).
- Conduct manual API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger.
- Validate API endpoints, payloads, and responses for stability and reliability.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts with Selenium, REST Assured, and Java.
- Align test automation with Agile methodologies and in-sprint automation.
- Debug test failures and troubleshoot using GIT, JIRA, and Jenkins.
Proven experience in API testing & automation (Web API).
Strong hands-on experience with Swagger, Postman, Selenium.
Proficiency in Java, TestNG, and REST Assured.
Experience with API automation frameworks.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with performance testing (JMeter).
Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with engineering and business teams.
Leadership and mentoring experience.
