About the Role :
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agile development methodologies , software development lifecycles, and requirements gathering. You will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical execution , ensuring smooth collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, and product management .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead requirements gathering sessions , document user stories, and ensure clarity in technical and functional requirements.
- Convert technical & architecture user stories into well-defined engineering tasks.
- Plan and maintain user stories and technical tasks ahead of 2-3 sprints.
- Identify user personas and define functional requirements accordingly.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to manage scope creep , assess feasibility , and provide level of effort analysis .
- Ensure ticket backlog grooming and maintain a prioritized product roadmap .
- Coordinate across multiple enterprise-scale projects and cross-functional teams .
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
