Job Summary : < / strong>
The Registered Ultrasound Technologist< / strong> is responsible for performing highquality imaging procedures to aid in patient diagnosis and care. This role also involves assisting Radiologists during examinations and ensuring excellent patient care throughout the imaging process.
MUSTHAVES : < / strong>< / p>
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
< / li> - Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound / Sonography program.< / li>
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Sonographer.< / strong>< / li>< / ul>
Certifications : < / strong>< / p>
- ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography).< / li>
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).< / li>
- Current CPR certification.
< / strong>< / li>< / ul>Physical Demands : < / strong>< / p>
- Must be able to stand walk bend squat and twist throughout an 8hour shift.< / li>
- Occasionally lift push or pull up to 100 pounds using proper body mechanics.< / li>
- Maintain keen hearing and visual acuity to ensure optimal imaging quality.< / li>
- Communicate effectively in oral and written formats to solve problems and make informed decisions.< / li>< / ul>
