Summary/Objective
The Field Supervisor is responsible for working directly with teams to Promote Safety and Deliver Exceptional Experiences by planning, organizing, and reviewing site conditions for projects and overseeing the training of teams. Performs related duties as required.
Essential Functions
- Communication with Operations Superintendent on schedule and scope of existing and new projects.
- Efficient and profitable scheduling of equipment and teams.
- Accurate completion of deliverables per scope of work.
- Timely pickup, repair and purchase of needed equipment.
- Work from existing or proposed project locations when not at offices or at meeting locations.
- Effectively recon new work orders to maximize resources and profitability.
- Field onboarding of new teammates per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Field onboarding of new teammates per Core Values.
- Confirm current teammates are complying to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Utilize company credit cards for approved expenses and complete reporting of these expenses.
- Maintain a professional work environment with employees and customers.
- Performs related duties as required.

Education and Experience
- Commitment to Pipe View’s core values, mission, and programs is required
- Associate Degree preferred.
- 1 years of management experience.
- 5 years of administrative and field experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite required.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to read and comprehend construction drawings.
- Demonstrated team building skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes is required.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to function effectively outside under a variety of weather conditions. .

Work Environment/Physical Demands
This work environment involves high risks with exposure to potentially dangerous situations or unusual environmental stress that requires a range of safety and other precautions. This work involves physical exertion such as lifting, carrying or pushing heavy objects over 50 pounds. Must be able to wear hard hat/helmet, safety glasses, goggles, safety shoes/boots, hearing protectors, safety vest and gloves. Exposure to extreme temperatures, animals/insects, electrical hazards, confined spaces, heights, noise, dust, irritants, and moving mechanical parts.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position. Normal days and hours of work fall Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work days and hours are dependent on weather conditions. Extended hours may be required based on the business need.
Travel
Some travel will be required based on contracts obtained and seasonal work load.
