We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Recruitment Specialist to lead end to end recruitment processes. He/she will have overall responsibility for the correct execution of the hiring plan in a timely and effective manner and is responsible for finding the best talent available on the market while respective PIPECARE values and work ethics.
The responsibilities of the Recruitment Specialist include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
The successful Recruitment Specialist has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with employment legislature, and keeps informed in company hiring and internship programs. The Recruitment Specialist can assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements
Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Lead all Corporate and Central role hiring end to end.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on resource planning and build robust talent pipelines.
- Ensure fairness and compliance with core HR policies.
Talent Sourcing
- Partner to develop and execute the local sourcing strategy to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure a consistent and effective approach to talent acquisition across the organization.
- Utilize data analytics to generate insights for leadership reporting and decision making.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Be comfortable driving improvements in: time to hire, fulfillment, cost per hire, quality of hire and other key recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with local colleges and educations partners.
- Facilitate hiring events for employer brand recognition and talent sourcing
- Manage relationships with any selected external partners
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years HR experience of end to end recruitment of which minimum 2 years should be across multiple geographies.
- Experience in a corporate role working in partnership with local teams to drive best practice is desirable.
- Experience of process improvement and automation in recruitment is a must.
- Experience with employer branding and value proposition enhancement.
Other Requirement:
- Ability to travel without any major visa restrictions due to citizenship.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
- Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
- Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
- Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
- Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
