Job Description
The Leaderman is responsible for leading and coordinating projects in the field and shop locations. This includes ensuring that all procedures are followed and that all assigned employees are performing their duties as directed.
Key responsibilities include instructing and directing personnel to work safely and efficiently, coordinating projects and work schedules with department foremen and/or superintendents, and recommending improvements in programs, procedures, schedules, and personnel to increase job/project quality and efficiency.
