Pipeline Equipment, Inc. (PEI) is seeking a sharp and highly organized Executive Assistant to work closely with our President. This role involves a mix of administrative support, scheduling, travel coordination, and project assistance. It's a full-time, exempt position based in Tulsa, OK.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the President’s schedule, appointments, and travel
- Organize business and personal files and maintain contact lists
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
- Coordinate trade show logistics, internal events, and conference room bookings
- Reconcile credit card receipts and maintain records
- Provide direct support for both business and personal tasks
Additional Support:
- Assist with compliance-related tasks such as ISO documentation, internal audits, safety reporting, and vendor portals like ISNetWorld and Veriforce
- Maintain up-to-date records for welding procedures, safety training, and vehicle registrations
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–5 years of professional office experience
- High level of discretion and attention to detail
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient with common office software and systems
- Currently a Notary Public or willing to become one
