Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support our sales process, analyze plans and specifications, and provide essential coordination to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with ConstructConnect to coordinate and create takeoffs for projects.
- Review project documents, plans, and specifications in ConstructConnect to identify specification requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and manage leads, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and present proposals, bids, and quotes to the sales team, highlighting scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between clients, sales, project management, and production teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project requirements.
- Maintain and update the CRM with customer interactions and project status.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine pricing and service strategies.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Good organizational skills – must have the ability to determine priorities, manage time properly, and multi-task.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- 4 years' experience in a sales-related role.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
