Summary/Objective
Manages and coordinates shipments of HDPE Pipe to our customers. Records and manages Bill and Hold inventory. Enters production into QuickBooks inventory daily. Perform finished goods inventory monthly.
Essential Functions
- Manages and coordinates shipments to our customers.
- Request quotes from vendor trucking companies for use by customer service sales for their quotes to customers.
- Check inventory supply for orders released to ship.
- Schedule trucks for deliveries.
- Prepare paperwork for vendor pickups and deliveries.
- Review truck after it is loaded, take pictures of the load for verification purposes.
- Log loads on log sheet that includes sales order #, customer, location, and truck company.
- Record, ship and track bills
- Enter production reports daily.
- Perform scheduled finished goods inventory weekly.
- Cycle Counting
- Management of inventory
