The Customer Liaison is responsible for serving the Joy to our customers through helpful and friendly support via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. They are highly informed on Piper & Leaf products, procedures, values, and processes, and able to assist customers with prompt service and resolution. Interacting with all the various departments in a time sensitive way is crucial to resolve customer requests. The Customer Liaison is a compassionate multi-tasker with a servant heart.
Customer Service Representative :
- Answer company phone during weekly office hours.
- Primary contact for retail and wholesale website chats during weekly office hours.
- Respond to contact inquiries via the website and email.
- Coordinate custom orders such as fundraisers, corporate gifts, tours, custom orders (not wholesale), and other misc. out-of-box requests.
- Initiate and complete facility rental contracts, field trip forms and tour groups by scheduling, handling payments, coordinating and communicating with respective managers and departments, and keeping the calendar updated.
- Bridge communication to our customers as the company representative . Cultivate relationships, support company initiatives and always present a positive image of the company to the outside world.
