- Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with the company's goals and competitive practices.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company's compensation offerings are competitive.
- Administer and manage the company's compensation programs, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and merit increases.
- Collaborate with HR and management to design and implement incentive and bonus programs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation-related issues.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation metrics and trends to senior management.
- Participate in compensation-related projects and initiatives as needed.
