Responsibilities of the Contracts Specialist :
- Managing the terms and conditions of government client contracts
- Supporting the negotiation of agreements
- Drafting contract amendments
- Evaluating procurement policies and procedures
- Assessing proposed costs and prices
- Compiling necessary contract file documentation in accordance with the FAR, DFARS, and other relevant policies / regulations
