Job Description :

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a CRM developer to join our IT team on-site in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in CRM systems development and hands-on experience with both Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms.

Responsibilities of the CRM Developer :

  • Design, develop, and modify the ServiceNow platform to optimize the use of modules such as ITSM, ITBM, and SPM for NSD business processes.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce as a case / matter management platform using native Salesforce applications and custom-developed workflows.
  • Integrate various Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) with Salesforce, including Litify / LegalStratus, iPublic Sector Foundations, and Salesforce CRM Analytics Plus.
  • Utilize Flosum (DevOps) for development operations within Salesforce.
  • Integrate additional mission partner data repositories, such as Max.gov, with Salesforce

Qualifications of the CRM Developer :

  • 10 years of experience in CRM systems development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Expertise in configuring, supporting, and maintaining ServiceNow.
  • Skilled in the configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance Required

    • Compensation for the CRM Developer :

  • Salary Range : $150,000-$175,000 depending on experience
  • Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Paid Holidays
