Zachary Piper Solutions is searching for a seasoned Data Analyst for a newly awarded program supporting a government agency located in Arlington, VA. This job will be HYBRID with 2 Days Remote & 3 days onsite to present program officials with data policies, standards, processes, & for oversight of data governance/data framework of the program.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents & deliver presentations through MS Office Suite tools, preferably Visio
- Provide strong attention to detail and have thorough communication with all levels across the organization to build rapport and establish relationships
- Excellent consultative, conflict resolution, negotiation, and facilitation skills to gain consensus in a matrixed and complex organization.
- Bring experience of Relational database concepts, including basic SQL queries such as SQL Server & Oracle
- Positive attitude, averse to the status quo, always looking to improve current processes and procedures; ability to see opportunities for change, capitalize on them, and implement them when appropriate for the benefit of the organization.
- 4 years of experience with establishing and maintaining data analytics/warehousing
- Decent Experience with Visio, Tableau, or PowerPoint
- Good Knowledge of Data Management disciplines (Master/Meta Data Management)
