Front-End Software Engineer (Angular/Javascript/Typescript)

Piper Companies currently has multiple Software Engineer opportunities available with a premier financial services organization located in Covington, KY. The Software Engineer will be responsible for building accessible web and mobile experiences across their ecosystem of software platforms leveraging Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. This is a Hybrid position and alternates between 1 week onsite and 1 week remote.

Responsibilities of the Front-End Software Engineer include:

• Build web and mobile experiences that meet WCAG 2.1 and AA/AAA Standards
• Identify and remediate any defects
• Test applications to ensure they meet accessibility requirements
  
  

Qualifications for the Front-End Software Engineer include:

• Must be well versed and have current experience working with the Angular Framework
• Strong development skills with Typescript, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Solid understanding of WCAG 2.1 and AA/AAA Standards
• Comfortable with testing tools and frameworks such as Karma/Jasmine, Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress
• Experience with cloud application development (AWS) would be nice but not required
  
  

Compensation for the Front-End Software Engineer:

• Annual Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 plus Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401k, PTO, Paid Holiday, and Sick Leave as Required by Law
