Responsibilities for the Infor Lead Business Systems Analyst – Supply Chain :
- Maintain deep knowledge of Infor systems, provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors on technical problems
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes
- Conduct system testing, create test cases, execute test plans, and implement solutions that enhance workflows
- Provide training and support to end-users, create user manuals, manage projects related to business applications, and maintain stakeholder relationships
