Responsibilities of the Infrastructure Architect include:
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing enterprise Active Directory environments.
- Expertise in Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), including Azure AD, ADFS, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation in AD and Office 365.
- Familiarity with security protocols, compliance frameworks, and hybrid environments integrating on-premises and cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory infrastructure, including replication, ADFS, Group Policy, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Office 365 architecture and administration, focusing on scalability and security.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, and DNS as they relate to AD and Office 365.
- Experience with hybrid cloud integrations involving on-prem AD and Azure AD.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex AD and Office 365 environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator or Enterprise Administrator Expert, and experience with third-party IAM tools like Okta or Ping Identity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salary: $170,000 - $200,000, depending on experience.
