Essential Duties of the Lead Infor Business Systems Analyst:
- Responsible for performing complex work analyzing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as point of contact to users of supported business applications, and work toward the resolution of complex application problems.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve business processes and workflows.
- Conduct system testing, including creating test cases and executing test plans.
- 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Applications Analyst role.
- Experience should have an emphasis in supporting administrative systems in human resources, finance, or supply chain.
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite and Infor Workforce Management required (experience with other WFM platforms will be considered).
- Infor certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- $110,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)
