- Design and Implementation: Develop and implement storage solutions using NetApp technologies, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Performance Tuning and Optimization: Monitor and optimize storage performance to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for storage systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their storage needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for storage configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and clients on NetApp technologies and storage best practices.
- Active Secret Clearance
- 5 years of experience with NetApp storage solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Skills in the following areas:
- Proficiency in NetApp ONTAP, SAN, and NAS technologies.
- Strong understanding of storage architecture and design principles.
- Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Highly preferred
- certifications in NetApp technologies (e.g., NCDA, NCIE).
- $125,000 - $150,000 annually
