Piper Companies is seeking a senior NPI Engineer with strong experience with leading multiple teams simultaneously to ensure successful introduction of new products. The ideal NPI Engineer must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week in Saratoga, CA.
Requirements for the NPI Engineer include :
- Lead the NPI process for semiconductor systems, ensuring all project milestones are met and products are launched on time
- Work closely with mechanical, thermal, signal integrity and hardware engineering teams
- Ensure new products meet all quality standards and regulatory requirements before release
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and increase production
