Piper Companies is currently looking for an experienced Quality Control Chemist in West Point, Pennsylvania (PA) to work for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Responsibilities for the Quality Control Chemist include :
- Utilize skills with HPLC, ICP, MALS, IR, UV-VIS and more to assist in the production and development of pharmaceutical products
- Conduct Chemistry testing of reagents, raw materials, and finished products
- Support process Improvement projects such as standardization of test methods and the execution of test methods as well as assay validation / qualification
- Perform OOS / Deviation investigations and carry out experiments in support of these investigations
- Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and procedures
