Piper Companies is seeking a Radiology Technician for an onsite part-time position located in Cary, North Carolina . The Radiology Technician will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and accurate imaging results. The ideal candidate will be ARRT certified and proficient in operating radiographic equipment in a fast-paced clinical or hospital setting.
Responsibilities of the Radiology Technician :
- Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to produce quality images as directed by a physician, following radiation safety procedures.
- Provide patient care across various hospital departments, including pediatrics, the operating room, portables, fluoroscopy, the emergency department, and outpatient procedures.
- Ensure timely, professional, efficient, and safe patient care, reporting to the Radiology Supervisor.
- Willingness to mentor students
