Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Help Desk Analyst to support a stable and growing organization based out of Chantilly, VA. The Help Desk Analyst will support the 7 AM-3PM shift. This position requires a candidate to be local, but it is primarily REMOTE.

- Responds to helpdesk tickets through phone and email.
- Works to resolve helpdesk tickets. Common responsibilities include configuring/repairing computers, diagnosing and resolving network/internet issues, and supporting PDRI client applications.
- Acts as the “on call” helpdesk analyst on selected weekends with other helpdesk analysts (approx. 1 weekend per month).
- 5 years of experience in an IT support help desk role.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Active Secret clearance or higher required
- Salary: $50-65,000/year **flexible based on experience
