Senior Network Specialist - Secret Clearance

Piper Companies is looking for a Network/System Administrator to join a government contractor in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role requires the candidate to report onsite and have an active Secret Clearance

Essential Duties of the Network/System Administrator:

• Install and configure LAN, WAN and internet systems
• Ensure network availability to all system users
• Monitor/test website performance
• Assist in network analysis, monitoring, coordination and planning
  
  

Qualifications of the Network/System Administrator:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 4 years relevant technical experience
• Sec certification required
• NOC experience preferred
• Active Secret clearance required
• Must be available for 12pm-8pm shift
  
  

Compensation for the Network/System Administrator:

• $120,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
• Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
• Client will sponsor upgrade to Top Secret clearance
