What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior QA Lead position at Piper Companies?

Piper Companies is looking for a Senior QA Lead to join an IT consulting company. This is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite per week in Washington DC.

Essential Duties of the Senior QA Lead :

Lead and manage QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce projects.
Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for manual and automated testing.
Conduct thorough testing of claimant forms and claim management systems.
Provide mentorship and guidance to QA team members.

Qualifications of the Senior QA Lead :

5 years of experience with Salesforce in the ecosystem.

5 years of experience in manual and automated testing with salesforce projects.

Proven experience leading QA teams.

Strong experience with Selenium.

Ability to create test plans AND test strategies.

Must be able to obtain and maintain an Public Trust clearance.

Compensation for the Senior QA Lead :

100,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)

3 days remote per week
