Piper Companies is looking for a ServiceNow IT Service Management Developer to join a healthcare and hospital system company. This is a full-time position and hybrid role out of Columbia, MD with 4 remote days per week.

Essential Duties of the ServiceNow ITSM Developer:
- Deliver solutions involving all aspects of service delivery including ITIL Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Asset and other modules.
- Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles, including custom Roles when necessary.
- Design and develop solutions that leverage ITSM modules such as HR, ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, Knowledge and ITOM using configuration and custom JavaScript.
- Create, maintain and enhance Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals, single sign on (SSO) capability, as well as integrations and workflows supporting operational integrity and ease of use.
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Administration and Development.
- 3 years of experience with ITSM module.
- Experience with other modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, GRC, and more.
- Strong experience with JavaScript.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) is required.
- $120,000 - $155,000 (based on experience)
- 4 remote days per week
