Sr ICAM Engineer- Hybrid- McLean, VA

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Engineer to join a Government Consulting company located in McLean, VA through hybrid onsite work. The ICAM Engineer will conduct identity lifecycle analysis, articulate access requirements, and define enterprise digital identities.

Responsibilities of the ICAM Engineer Include:

• Design, deploy, and support IAM systems
• Verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials
• Implement enterprise-class solutions for single sign-on and privileged access systems
• Ensure productivity while maintaining security and compliance
  
  

Required Qualifications for ICAM Engineer Include:

• Experience supporting ICAM, security operations, security architecture, and threat response
• Experience with directory services administration and COTS IAM tools
• Experience implementing PKI and PIV standards
• Experience managing MFA technologies
• Experience in cross-functional teams and cloud environments
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals in IDM
• HS diploma or GED
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active US governemnt Public Trust clearance.
  
  

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with project management, including schedule management, complex problem resolution, or performance management
• Experience applying expertise in consultative project management in an IT environment
• Experience with COTS IAM tools including Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity
• Experience with JSON and Groovy scripting languages
• Experience with a SIEM tool, including Splunk or Azure Monitor Log Analytics
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM solution delivery projects
• Knowledge of troubleshooting processes, and standards for IGA or PAM
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  
  

Compensation for the ICAM Engineer includes:

• Salary Range: $140,000 depending on experience
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
• Hybrid work environment: 2-3 days onsite in McLean, VA
