Piper Health and Sciences is actively seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist – Supplier Quality to work for a large global biotechnology company.

Responsibilities for Quality Assurance Specialist – Supplier Quality:
- Oversee the approved supplier list (ASL) including internal and external audits, sending quality agreements, evaluation, and remediation
- Responsible for writing, reviewing and revising SOPs, CAPAs, deviations, and change controls
- End-to-end supplier quality including supplier and vendor selection, auditing, ordering raw materials, label review, overseeing change processes, follow up activities, remediation
- Oversee creation and implementation of process improvement plans including Lean Six Sigma projects
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemical engineering, biochemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology GMP regulated environment.
- At least 1 year of experience with supplier quality and external auditing
- Excellent organizational skills and proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Compensation: $80,000 – 90,000 equivalent hourly rate, contract role
